About District IV

WSYSA District IV is a non-profit Washington State organization that provides structure to the youth soccer program in our area. "Our area" is generally defined as consisting of the geographical area covered by the Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap Counties, plus that part of Mason County that comprises the North Mason School District.

Basic Demographics

The District IV players cover the age groups from U05 to U19, organized into teams from 12 different clubs within 3 local Associations (KPYSA, NSYSA & OYSA).

Soccer Organization

We operate under the Constitution and Bylaws adopted by the District IV Board of Directors as one of seven districts that comprise Washington Youth Soccer.

WSYSA is one of the member Associations of United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and Region IV of the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA), which is one of the National Associations of the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).
